Dongguan Chang Tai Er Electronics Co., Ltd was established in 1997 and it specializes in the development and production of potentiometers, encoders, electronics switches, and connectors. Our factory is located in Houjie town, Dongguan city, where there is a very convenient transportation system. Our office and factory cover a total area of 15,000 square meters and are operated by more than 600 employees and more than 80 technicians. And we all staffs have strived for more than ten years to build up a set of complete production flow including of developing new products, mold manufacture, spare parts or components manufacture, finished product assembly. Our products are already accepted by Motorola, Kenwood, Hytera, ICOM, ZTE, Huawei QX-TELE, Baofengradio, BFDX, and more. Especially the encoders and potentiometers for two-way radios and the sale coverage in domestic is over 90%, also received vigorous support and favorable comment from domestic and foreign customers. We formed a joint venture with Hong Kong Hong Tai Electronics Co., Ltd to establish Hong Tai Electronics (Dongguan) Co. Ltd.

Our company has passed the ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System in 2002, ISO14001-2004 Environment management system Authentication in 2007, TS16949 System certification in2009, and UL product authentication. We take modern enterprise managing module by following market trends, pursues the strategy of sustainable development goal.
 
High Quality Guaranteed
We use advanced testing equipment for the strictest quality control. About 100 percent of our products are checked in-line. There is a sampling of 20 percent of the line, followed by another two percent. Lifecycle, salt spray, temperature, and humidity testing are all done to make sure that our potentiometers pass the strictest test, leading to total customer satisfaction. The name Chang Tai Er enjoys a fine reputation in the industry and has been trusted by major customers such as Motorola, Hytera, Huawei, JVC, Kenwood, Foxcoon, Sanmina, Byd, Audi, BBK, and Mindray.
 
Wide Products Range to Choose From
We currently employ 1,000 workers, including 100 technicians at our 10,000square meter factory. With their support, we now offer more than 50 series of products in more than 80 specifications, with various applications in home appliances, automobiles, communication products, toys, lights, stage acoustic instruments, and medical equipment. We have 100-plus R&D staff, with their help we gained over 35 patents for our products.
